Role Brief:
Managing the sales cycle of products and services offered by Dixit Infotech.
Responsible for generation of business from existing accounts and new accounts.
New Market Development; Identify new market segments and tap profitable business opportunities.
Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve product wise targets.
Interacting with existing clients for problem rectification and satisfaction.
Maintain good relationships with the OEMs and existing clients.
Understand needs and expectations, evaluate information, use experience in forming opinions, and evaluate the benefits of alternative solutions and their impact to determine the most appropriate course of actions to achieve goals.
Ability to meet deadlines by recognizing best use of time and working with end results very clearly in mind.
Managing Customer Incidents, if required.
Inside Sales Representative
Profile: Inside Sales Representative
Experience: 2 years and above
Locations: Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore
Job Roles:
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Understanding customer needs and requirements.
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Perform effective online demos to prospects.
Maintain and expand the database of prospects.
Purchase Head
Profile: Purchase Head
Role Brief:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for IT hardware.
- Identify potential suppliers and negotiate with them to ensure competitive pricing and quality products.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Analyze market trends and proactively seek out new products and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities meet the organization’s needs.
- Candidate should help sales team for sales target and should have good market knowledge with best procurement price to meet maximum orders
